On Day 4, you’ll embark on a game drive across the Busanga Plains in search of the region’s famous lions and predators, along with a wide variety of antelope species and large herds of buffalo moving along the Lufupa River.
The same schedule applies to Day 5, with the addition of a night drive in the evening—an exciting opportunity to spot nocturnal creatures rarely seen by day.
Days 6–9
After your time on the Busanga Plains, on the morning of Day 6, you’ll take a charter flight to the Lower Zambezi, where you’ll be met by the team from Kutali Camp and transferred to the lodge.
On the afternoon of your arrival, we recommend a boat cruise, though the selection of activities will be entirely up to you and can be decided with your hosts on the ground.
The next three days will be spent exploring the Lower Zambezi’s rich ecosystem, with activities ranging from walking safaris and game drives to canoeing.
